Another strike against commercial baby food

Opening the jars! They can be really tough to pry open.

Anyway. A couple of nights ago, Jakob had his first taste of commercially-prepared (but still organic) baby food. Although I really prefer to make his food from scratch, and it was quite easy and I think economical, for travel he's going to have to have the bottled stuff. And I can't find organic peaches this time of year (even frozen, for some reason), so commercial food was the only way to go on those.

So, he will eat commercial baby food, which is a relief, but I still prefer to feed him something I made myself. In his infancy and onward, too.
