Bundled up Bärchen
On the second day of the, ahem, snowstorm1, the university was closed due to a power failure. While streets all around us were also blacked out, we somehow kept our hydro. But - aha! - we lost our internet access. All of this together meant one thing: Werner couldn't work!
Snow day!
Having already satisfied our curiousity about the stroller's competence in snow, we bundled up the Bärchen and took him out in his Baby Björn. Although the university was closed, the streets and walkways were filled with people out admiring and photographing the wintry beauty.
Snow days are always such a gift, and this was one we all enjoyed together.
1 Yeah, that's what it was called around here. Me, I called it a light snowfall. And regardless of the depth of snow that fell, can it possibly qualify as a storm when there was no wind whatsoever and the temperatures barely slipped below the freezing point??
