A hell of a way to lose weight

I've been sick. Violently ill, in fact. I can't remember ever being anywhere near as sick ever before in my life.

So violently ill that I lost 7 lbs overnight.

Thank God that Werner was able to work from home and that Bärchen will take a bottle. Thank you, Werner, for being such a dedicated father and caring husband.

(In case this might be useful knowledge for someone: it is safe to take Gravol while breastfeeding.)
