The electronic babysitter
Yesterday, Mom bought Jakob a Baby Einstein DVD. Every time I've been to Babies R Us, I've looked at the display, but hadn't yet gotten around to buying one.
Now we've got Baby Bach.
And now I've got Jakob in his swing, facing the TV. And he's mesmerised.
I feel a twinge of guilt, but he seems content, and I know I am.
Thirty years from now, we'll learn these videos were an experiment in mind control...

Yeh! It worked! Now maybe you will get to spend some uninterrupted time in the kitchen or doing whatever else needs to be done. And don't worry...Jakob will be just fine watching Baby Enstein. Guess I will have to get another one for him soon! So, no guilt ok?
