Movies for Mommies - and Daddies too
Today Jakob and I introduced Werner to Movies for Mommies. It was lovely to have a family outing, and it was good to snuggle into my two boys during a film. And, with an extra set of hands about, I even got to eat lunch - sandwiches and salad from Pane e Formaggio, a gourmet picnic for us.
The film was a Danish film, After the Wedding, and we enjoyed it. But, the turnout was down today - maybe the usual crowd doesn't care for subtitled foreign language films? I guess my hope of seeing Das Leben der Anderen is over...
Anyway, Werner had better hope his dean doesn't watch community cable television1, as Movies for Mommies is going to be featured on the channel and footage was filmed today. Caught in the act of playing hooky!
