Let the cooking begin
Of course, I'm also keen to get started on filling the freezer with homemade goodies for those sleep-deprived days of new parenthood. So I bought far more meat as I needed for last night and a few of those foil pans with the cardboard covers, and got started.
Now, I've got about three meals- (plus leftovers-) worth of sweet and sour meatballs in the freezer. Saved, no doubt, for a rainy day.
