How to make the day of a pregnant woman

Yesterday I had help. Might not seem like much, but both instances completely made my day:

1. Werner stayed home during the morning so he could clean the oven. Yes, it is a self-cleaning oven, but I was afraid of it, and the cleaning was long past due. (Yes, I am incredibly embarrassed about this, and cannot believe I'm admitting it...) Because of the smoke and fumes, Werner banned me from the house. So I went to Superstore.

2. At Superstore, the cashier asked whether I'd like the groceries bagged. I never knew this was even possible there!! I had relatively few items this time (unlike my 3.5 hour marathon two weeks earlier - when I would have paid cash to anyone willing to bag my haul), but quickly accepted her offer. It was a small thing, probably, for the person who actually did the bagging, but made my life just that much easier.

I got the groceries and came home to a clean oven and loving husband. Can a woman ask for anything more?
