Nanny and Poppy

Upon hearing that the stork was coming earlier than expected, my parents quickly changed their flights and landed 47 hours after Jakob was born. Since they've been here, they've kept us going: feeding us, keeping our house clean, picking up groceries, and providing extra hands to help with both Jakob and Phoebe. Really, they've kept our lives running when we've been unable to do so.

We're so glad to have them here, and we think they're happy to be here too.
