In the check-out line at Babies R Us, I saw a pregnant woman with a Medela Pump In Style, the same pump I've got. I whispered to her, "They might throw me out of the store, but I have to tell you that I got the same pump at the hospital for $50 less than they charge here!"

She thanked me and put it back on the shelf.
