To do - done

It has been a busy (and expensive) time!

We have acquired, picked-up, and/or ordered the following:

• Dresser, to double as a change table (Ikea's Hemnes 3-drawer dresser; picked up on August 7)
• Crib (Sorelle's Rita Bella, in Natural; picked up on August 12)
• Carseat (Graco's new SafeSeat infant carseat, in the Pierson pattern, which matches Gölfchen far better than we could have planned, had we planned; picked up on August 12)
• Diaper bag (Drop diaper bag, which doesn't seem to exist on the web, but it can be seen on Phoebe's website; bought on August 12)
• Bugaboo's Cameleon stroller (ordered on July 24, should soon be available for pick-up)
• Crib mattress (foam with a vinyl cover; ordered on August 12)
  

The last big-ticket item I think we still need to get is a play-yard. (I've picked out a Graco Pack'n'Play that seems to be available only at The Bay. I'm holding out for a sale.) We have no end of little things left to pick up, ranging from crib sheets and washcloths up to a baby monitor, but these are easy enough to find that we don't really need to worry about pre-ordering.

Two months to go, and the to-do list is looking much more manageable. Or maybe I should say that the to-buy list is looking much more manageable.
