Since Jakob is moving to his crib, this does mean that the nursery is ready!!

It also means the bassinet has been dismantled and the stroller converted to a seat. There's something wonky about the seat, though. One of the straps isn't positioned as it appears it should be, according to the owner's manual, the Bugaboo website, and every image I've pulled off the web. Someone at the store we bought it at is going to call Bugaboo and investigate for us. (Of course, while I was on the phone with someone at the store, I saw a couple walk down the street with a Cameleon. Very nearly dashed down the stairs and out the door to intercept them so I could see how their stroller's seat looks!)

I can't believe he has outgrown his bassinet... Can it really have been three months (and three days!) already??
