I want my brain back!!

I've been making muffins to freeze for later. After the third batch went in the oven and I began yet another round of dishes, I discovered the melted butter in the microwave.

Not in the muffins.

Either I've just ruined a batch of muffins, or made a happy discovery that this recipe does not require a quarter cup of melted butter...
